Simple and concise
Perednyaya Podsechka / Sasae Tsurikomi Ashi by Vlad Koulikov
35 minutes are more than enough. If you feel like you need to have 8 dvds of instructional watch it in slow motion. Again you get enough details and variations to start your own journey without overloading your brain. But maybe I am just a simple mind. Clear recommendation if you are looking for a low risk takedown without getting your Judo Black Belt first.

The Science Of Combat Conditioning by Brendan Weafer
I started doing Ju Jitsu three years ago after a long career in fitness. I am so pleased I came across this course! I am a Blue Belt trying not to use too much strength when I train and focus on my technique, but it's been challenging since I am usually smaller than my training partners. After this course, I was able to adjust my workouts with the provided techniques, which has allowed me to apply my strength more effectively while training. Highly recommend!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Henry delivers!
The Scarf Hold The Soul Stealer by Henry Akins
I am a white belt in BJJ with a background in judo and I was flabbergasted that the scarfhold was considered to be a rather weak position. I stumbeld upon Henry's instructional and I was sceptical at first. Too much martial arts magic I thought. Boy, I couldn't have been more wrong. Luckily I watched the advertisment on Bernardos youtube channel where poor Bernardo was tortured for about 20 minutes and I decided to give the instructional a shot. It is all about leverage and weight distribution and it works simply magical. I even used the information about the scarfhold in this instructional to earn my first black belt scalp and the numbers of people being submitted are just piling up. Thank you Henry! The instructional itself is about 3 hours and very easy to follow. You learn the entrys, how to hold the position and how to submit the opponent. The scarfhold is now my go-to position and I think it will remain that way. The instructional is highly recommanded to anybody to wants to learn more about this awesome position.

Back Attacks Enter The System by John Danaher
An absolute must have. My first ever instructional purchase that revealed a different side of Jiu-jitsu. It also showcased John Danaher and how much of an absolute genius he is when it comes to martial arts. Systematically defeating opponents is the best methodology for modern day Jiu-jitsu! I got this DVD when I was a white belt getting peoples backs (the most dominant position in the sport) but was unable to understand how to maintain the position, let alone submit from the position. These concepts in this translate very well to no-gi. And it gives you insights to his other systems like Juji-Gatame(Arm-Bar) & Sankaku (Triangle). If you love the sport and are willing to invest into yourself, this is an absolute steal considering the amount of years it took for him to develop this final product!
