Automatic Omoplata System by Clark Gracie
Prof Clark explained well the many techniques he covered. I especially like the details on how to counter the typical reactions and defence from your partner. Pace is good. Smart move to have the two guys wearing different coloured gi for a clearer view. This is not true for other videos.

Wrestling Fundamentals From The Bad Guy by Chael Sonnen
Everything is well explained and kept simple. Doesn't add in 90 extra things that just cloud up the goal. I've used everything when rolling Bjj and it all functions and I feel comfortable going for it because it's not over explained, making me think about every little thing.

Absolute must for anyone wanting to build a better and more defined no gi grappling game. This REALLY pairs good with mount so I highly recommend you buy both if you can. Get this and get tip pinnified!

While certainly smaller BJJ competitors will also benefit from the contents of this instructional, it is extremely effective for bigger BJJ competitors to "smash from side control". I have only scratched the surface of the content so far and already know it will take my game to the next level. Eager to transfer this knowledge onto the mats. I have a couple of Gordan Ryan's instructionals and this one is my favorite. His breakdown of every position and setup for a body lock has really helped me pass using body locks. Showing how to setup up as well. I'll be looking for more of his instructionals from now on. Thanks Gordan. Hooyah.

Looked everywhere for a detailed review on this one and couldnt find anything. The short of it is, Great basic to intermediate wrestley takedown instructional modified for bjj. Everything Neil teaches is golden and keeps it entertaining. Easy to understand, Lotta good stuff in here if you want to up your standup game.

The Roger Gracie Mount System by Roger Gracie
This helped me soooo much! As a featherweight people just bench pressed me and i used to loose mount constantly. Now i am able to drain live out of anyone once i am mounted. It took me several month to implement only his mount control system rewatching the first and half of the second dvds and slowly adding that tiny details afters failing. Another 2 month later i finish people confidentally with rogers signature cross choke. There is just no way out anymore

Real Catch Wrestling For The Street by Tony Cecchine
I've watched and loved all material put out by Tony. I believe he sees and teaches all the nuances and details that, most of the times, are lacking in other people's videos. This set doesn't cover a lot of techniques, its strength is not in the quantity but in the top notch quality and depth of the information given. Really good and a good addition to the Tony Cecchine collection even if you are already familiar with his previous videos.

Another Gem from Danaher ; You can start aplying these principles since day one. Havent nearly achieved perfection with this moves but, I will keep working on them! The confidence that you gain when you know that you can escape from bad positions (I highly recommend also the pin escapes from new wave series also) from bad positions really is a game changer!

My 5 year old and I have played/trained bjj since he was 3, and this instructional goes to the core of "kids self defens". I hope to cover it more in a couple of years. that headlock is something youd want your kids to be able to handle.

I really like Leo Nogueira's instructional. Both this one and the half guard instructional go into enough detail so that experienced players get something out of it but without going on and on like some instructionals. It's a good combination of fundamentals with a few little tricks here and there.
