Lachlan Giles is the man!!!
The Body Lock Pass by Lachlan Giles
this instructional truly helped me fix a lot of holes in my body lock passing game as well as introducing new entries into the position and detailed fundamental concepts that I believe could be applied to many other positions in submission grappling. I can't thank Lachlan enough for putting together this masterpiece 5/5

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-3:A ton of information and a great system that all connects with each other and adds to his other videos
The No Gi Open Guard Bundle by Lachlan Giles
As always with Lachlan's stuff, he is very detailed in all of his explanation to not just teach you the moves but also why you do them, what your opponent is likely to do and how to counter their counters. All 3 of the main sections of this tie together and give you a whole system to start using and chaining together. This also pairs well with his guard retention work so if you start going for these attacks, lose position, and start getting passed, you have a good system of recovery to get back to your offensive positions. Most of this system enables you to directly attack the back and get in to leg entanglements to sweep or attack the legs. Even if you aren't a big leg lock player, you can still get a lot out of how he used k-guard, DLR, and RDLR to expose and attack the opponents back. He adds so many simple details can add to even experienced grapplers.

Scientific Gripping Systems For Jiu Jitsu by Travis Stevens
This video delivered! There are a wide range of techniques, some I won't be trying right away, but I will be trying his methods of breaking grips next practice (something most practioners could benefit from. )
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:In depth instructional with a lot of scenarios, focused on recovery and troubleshooting each stage and style of guard passes.
Guard Retention Anthology Bundle by Lachlan Giles & Ariel Tabak
As a primarily guard player, I thought this instructional would be good to elevate my guard as I wanted to decrease the amount of times it gets passed. This instructional really opened up my game. As with all of Lachlan's instructionals, it is loaded with content and goes really deep in to the majority of ways people will try and pass, what their goals are, how to prevent them from getting there and what to do when you get yourself in to bad positions or your opponent is close to passing. The system has a lot of leg pummeling and some inverting but nothing that i think the majority of people couldn't do. It took a lot to try and start implementing since it was quite different than what my guard originally was but once I started recognizing how to move my body in the ways shown it made my guard way more tricky to pass and let me recover a lot better. This is a great complement to his no gi open guard set. That one is more attacking the back, leg entanglements, and sweep heavy, while this one is almost strictly recovery. So this is good if you can't get your attacks off, are getting beat, are getting stuck, or if your guard is getting passed in general. If you are getting your guard passed and want to have a complete trouble shooting system or reference, this is great information to refer to. It is best used in conjunction with training where you focus on positions you are in or struggling with and watching those specific content areas, then as you get those down expand to different sections or find new problems to solve with your guard. It is a ton of information and greatly explained with theory, strategies, and actual live rolling examples of how it happens. If you are looking for an attacking sweeping series some of his other stuff is better suited.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Great Mix of Passing and Leglocks
How to Pass Guards Quickly and Easily Using Leg Attacks by Craig Jones
Great Instructional video for a low price. Combining leglocks to your passing game will make you a dangerous and unpredictable opponent. Really in-depth on how to pass (or attack the lower body) from the headquarter but with good insights on halfguard and standing positions. Recommended for all.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Really Good DVD on Stright Ankle Lock with Lapel Entries
The Belly Down Footlock From Single Leg X by Tarik Hopstock
I really liked the clear explanation on the mechanics to finish the ankle lock (from slx, 5050). Good combinations and follow-up if the submission is not available. There are also many lapel guards details (RDLR, Worm) which I found more advanced (suited for a coloured belt but a beginner may struggle). Overall a great DVD for a cheap price

New Wave Jiu Jitsu: No Gi Half Guard 3 Directions of Attack by John Danaher
Another magnificent work from the mind of John Danaher! It might be simpler at this rate if BJJ Fanatics had a monthly withdrawal system for my paycheques. Half guard is a position I’m very comfortable in and John Danaher has shown me new details that are well worth the purchase price.

The Cage Wrestling Manual by Joshua McDonald
A teammate of mine recently prepared for his first MMA fight and the manual gave me great ideas to share. He won the fight with a submission setup by a wrestling takedown that we practiced. McDonald’s has a great style showing how wrestling fits into the mix of martial arts that form a winning game plan for a MMA fight..

BJJ Front Headlock Series Part 1 by Andrew Calandrelli
Hey guys. I just purchased this program and it’s amazing. It’s perfect for anyone that has trouble with taking people down. So if your a non wrestling based Martial Artist this gives you a very simple highly effective takedown series. It’s also great for Sport Juijitsu, Kali, Boxing, and Self Defense stylist because you can choose to stay on the ground or strike and take off.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Systematically crushing my training partners
Systematically Attacking From Top Pins: Mount by Gordon Ryan
This instructional is great for anyone looking to take their ok’ish/pretty good mount system to the elite level. Being a purple belt, I have been able to translate Gordon’s system to the mats fairly quickly, though he teaches in a way that is easily digestible for all levels. He not only explains the technique in detail, he also tells you why it works. You’re getting the concepts behind the movements, which is better than the actual techniques in my opinion.

The Collar and Sleeve System Part 1: Outside Control On The Knees by Mikey Musumeci
This is one of my all time favorite instructionals, so much biomechanical stuff how the body work without being to boring and detailed like i can find Danaher to be sometimes. This collar sleeve have in like 2 weeks completley changed my game and it suits me perfect. I'm gonna continue watching and work on this stuff its amazing, I actually think Mikey,Keenan and Fabio is my favorites in the way the teach. But Mikey use a lot of principles that are extremley good. Just get it if you are intrested in this guard.
