The BJJ Warm Up You'll Never Skip by Vanessa Pinkham
There's a lot of useful content in this video, personally I feel I need a bit more to feel super warm and ready, but I think a lot of these movements can go beyond bjj training and help prepare your body for different types of physical activities. For recovery days this would be perfect to keep your joints lubricated and stretch out some tight muscles with little to no intensity so that you are actually recovering.

A go to for bigger, unflexible, older guys. Simple and straight forward techniques (flexibility and athleticism are unnecessary). Really liked the single half sweep with the lapel folding (nearly unstoppable once is set)

The Blackout Hybrid Cradle System: Pressure Taps by David Petrone
These are by far the most brutal techniques I have ever seen. I feel bad for Vinny but thank him for going through so much pain and suffering for Dave to so us these techniques. You will not make any friends but you will win a lot of matches with this stuff. The jackknife cradle is worth the price alone but everything else that Dave teaches is amazing. Thank you Dave and Vin for all the great techniques. Keep’em coming.

A new spin on a classic position. Little is left to the imagination as Adam details his signature style. The incorporation of attacks and transitions allows these skills to be implemented into any current move set already practiced. I am thoroughly working through this set.
