It almost feels like cheating when sparring, due to the effectiveness and simple concept of the Z Grip, higher belts beware, or you will be forced tap very soon and often if you don't learn it...

There are three sections with TONS of drills with an amazing explanation of each. If you are instructor or if you want to train by your own, you must have this instructional in your library.
