Great Workouts
The Perfect Lifting Workout by Nick Rodriguez
I'm not really someone who goes to the gym, mainly because I don't know what workouts to do. After viewing this, I've been going more frequently and am pleased with the results.

Triple C Mindset by Henry Cejudo
Henry gives a close look into his own training—mental & physical. His Triple C schtick belies the genius mindset that he's developed in his lifetime of competing for gold at the highest levels. I will never doubt this man again, regardless of what's on paper, this man's ability to perform when it counts is impressive and after viewing this I understand why.

Cowboy Strong: Building Functional Power by Gary Calcagno
I can see why the OSU Cowboys are so successful. I'm not really someone that knows a lot about working out, so it was great to get a set of workouts that have been proven to improve functionality & performance. Hope some of the other top wrestling teams come out with their own instructionals too.

Aikido Extensions by Bruce Bookman
Aikido Extensions by Bruce Bookman applies the principles and fundamentals of Aikido in modern fight situations such as clinches, active strikers, and a few common grappling attacks performed at the present time. It is a contemporary approach to more realistic threats, proving that Aikido can still be effective today.

The Power Shoulder Trap: Gi and No Gi Fundamentals by Waldo Zapata
Heard about Waldo Zapata from his Z-Grip video with Bernardo and was really intrigued to watch both Z-Grip and Power Shoulder Trap in the span of a day. Really useful for the Closed Guard game. Give this a watch and be prepared to add this to your arsenal instantly! Open guard is fun but we can never forget how useful the Closed Guard can be!

Gordon Ryan is one of the most teachers in today's BJJ. I learned a lot from this young man.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:A great overview with lots of variations
The Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Cradle by Bjorn Friedrich
The cradle is an old position, but its use is fairly new in BJJ. Bjorn does a good job going over the common positions as well as some of the lesser known variations. He shows how to control the positions, pass and even submit. Lots of info that is easily digestible.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Love the breakdown of concepts
Guard Retention: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher
I have a handful of videos from BJJ Fanatics and I can say this is definitely one of the best. The breakdown of concepts and when to switch between offensive/defensive is extremely helpful for the when to try a specific move.

The Choke Encyclopedia by Deborah Gracie
This series is great 👍 it provides a review of the variations of the palm up and palm down chokes. However the main the difference between this series and others is that the instructor gives the indicators when to utilize them. The details and microsdjustments made prior to choke for each version explained will make a difference in your game. Try the banana adjustment after watching and watch your partners nap.

Rubber Guard: The Meathook by Brandon McCaghren
There is a lot of material crammed into this instructional and it's all presented by a very fun and likable Brandon who often amused me (and himself) . He covers a lot of material and stills manages to not be dry in his delivery. I liked it. Combined with Eddie Bravo's video I feel like this gave me a well rounded introduction to the rubber guard. Thanks Brandon!

The Ultimate Rubber Guard by Eddie Bravo
There is no way not to like Eddie after watching him talk about the rubber guard. He often throws out a lot of terms you don't really know but that just encourages you to further research those terms and learn more. It feels less like an instructional and more like a very long conversation with Eddie interwoven with many demonstrations and concepts and ideas. it's like you're there at 10th planet with him for a one on one long lesson. But this lesson, you can rewatch over and over again until you get all the fine little points and really u nderstand them all. A great experience!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Annoy your friends

Rubber Guard: Concepts From Half Guard by Richie Martinez
I'm new to rubber guard so this just opened my eyes to how this can be played. Richie looks like a cool dude, and he is clearly enthusiastic about teaching. The one great thing about this instructional is that he shows every single technique from 4 different angles so you have no way of missing something. The downside of this is that it can feel a bit dry at times. But overall, if you're looking for the techniques and not for entertainment, you should have nothing to complain about!
