Deadly Wristlocks by Marcio Stambowsky
Deadly Wristlocks by Marcio Stambowsky
Wrist Locks, with Techniques that are almost exactly the same traditionally in old Ju Jutsu styles as this video shows standing. Coming from the Lineage of Rolls Gracie, Master Stambowsky keeps the OLD techniques alive in moder use. Oss!

Exploring Outside Heel Hooks by Sean Applegate
I've been following sean's leglock game for a number of years now. The man is a thinker and despite being quite young, has developed his teaching style and delivery alongside his jiu jitsu and coming to some really, really solid pieces of information that very few can articulate in such an approachable fashion. I have a good number of instructionals and Sean's leglock info is top notch in terms of new and innovative methods and thorough explanations that I know have come from pressure testing the beejeezus out of these concepts. Great great buy
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Amazing
Systematically Attacking From Closed Guard by Gordon Ryan

The Science Of Boxing Basics to Advanced by Rafael Cordeiro
I am very new to MAA & BJJ so wanted to work on technique. The explanations/details are very good in this video. Only reason gave it 4 stars if felt it was short on content. The instruction was very good and I would consider more videos by this trainer.

Another great instructional on scissor guard. Great insight on utilizing a scissors sweep to create a whole entire guard game. Thank god for great instructional like this, I do not have the time or creative mind to expand my game without these., I feel like I’m cheating.

Wrist Lock The World by Pete Letsos
fun instructional! Pete gives you a great foundation theory about how to make a wrist lock, then shows how to apply a wrist lock from just about every position. The reason I'm giving this 4 starts instead of five, is that at the end of the day, this is a long list of techniques, rather than a system. To be fair, that might have been his goal, but bear in mind, you're going to have to do a lot of homework before you get these techniques to work.

Connected Reaction: Half Guard by Paul Schreiner
Paul spends so much time emphasizing theory that this can be a hard one to watch (I dozed off a few times). The upside though, is that the techniques become a lot clearer and easier to execute on the mat. Would have like if he's spent more time explaining the Jedi mind trick, but maybe that tech is still over my head.
