This content was amazingly mind blowing for my puny white belt brain, it completely shifted how I think about armbars. I've always been fascinated with the way Karel approaches jiujitsu, his game looks just so efficient, and to the point, no frills. Its inspiring to me and I hope to emulate it. the content is also easy for me to understand and very approachable!

A very effective system that is changing my game completely. Finally my guillotine is becoming a real threat and I've just done two practices. Stuff works for MMA as well. Everything is well explained and put together, I recommend it to beginners as well as experienced fighters.

Triangles Enter The System by John Danaher
As a beginner in BJJ, and an educator, I think a lot about the teaching and learning of Jiujitsu. This video series is very accessible to someone new to BJJ, and, I suspect, to more experienced practitioners as well. I really appreciated the structured learning. What's the big picture? What are you looking for and trying to do when setting up triangles? Realize that there are more options than just front triangles. I then appreciated the drills - both solo and partner - that help to build the muscle memory required to successfully execute a triangle. And, of course, I appreciated the demonstration of the concepts behind the various types of triangles. I have found that the content in this series really augmented what I am learning in my classes. It helps to hear similar information explained in a variety of ways. I highly recommend.

There are some good tips to be found here, but don't expect a full system. Karel Pravec shows his preferred ways of finishing his legendary guillotine. You will learn some good tips and ways to be offensive, whether or now you are the attacker or the one being attacked.

great techniques and info. open guard is my game and ive been using it a lot for years, i still managed to learn some good details here. anyone who want to jump into the lasso world, this is a very good one. only thing, he only speaks portuguese, and i dont. you have to read the translation while you watch the video. still give it 5 star for the quality of techniques and info given

Fantastic instructional on the shoulder pin. You really can't go wrong when it comes to Neil's instructionals. I've been looking forward to this one for along time and must say it's been worth the wait. Neil explains the concepts of what makes the shoulder pin work and the various offence that can be implemeted from the position. Deff a must buy, just looking forward to his next release now.

I really liked this digital. I’ve never watched a Buchecha instructional and was surprised how detail oriented he was. Some of the set ups were really great. He covered the spinning Armbar he hit on Roger @ metamoris too. Really nice guy too you can tell he’s great.

This is a great sub. I’m a small guy at 160 going against mostly 200+ guys at my gym. Once you hit this thing it’s game over. Most people have no idea what to do and the few that roll you back Tarik shows you how to roll them back over. Great tool in the arsenal.

Nice mix of setups here. Anything from collar sleeve to much more advanced set ups. Omoplata is my favorite submission so I watch everything and this was worth the price. I would also recommend starting with Bernardo Faria Omoplata Everyone. Also, Clark Gracie Automatic Omoplata are can’t miss.

Guard passing anthology has been a game changer for sure. I’m definitely more comfortable passing guard and have a boost of confidence when playing the top game. I’m more of a gi player than no gi but the concepts Lachlan lays out I’ve found to be transferable to gi. Awesome product and will be getting your z guard instructional next. Got my blue belt few weeks after purchasing this.

Judo Gripping Systems For BJJ by Fernando Yamasaki
There aren't many instructionals that teaches grip controls besides Travis Stevens, Jimmy Pedro, and Fernardo Yamasaki (instructor in this video). They're important to know, esp. for good takedowns. Plus, he teaches each techniques down well, and showed how they're used to perform the takedowns in this video, which is very important (Transitions!). I highly recommend it.

Learning from Travis Stevens, I trust him. Plus, he teaches the basic, fundamentals here pretty good. For someone specializes in takedowns (Judo style), he teaches Jiu-Jitsu pretty good here, for basics esp.

Can say good enough things about silver fox. For sure worth the buy even if you saw his arm bar vids with TriStar. My question however is on the "butterfly choke" at 23 min on section 4. If you could explain that move and finishing details and follow ups on your YouTube I would appreciate it a lot!

All of Professor Bernardo's videos have been great! Having a great closed guard is fundamental to great defense and key to having attacks off your back, such as knowing how to transition from sweep to sweep if one is unsuccessful. Sweeps and submissions are all in this video... an excellent choice for your inventory.

Anything you can learn from Craig Jones is a big PLUS to your game. It is so important to have a well ground game and we learn hundreds of guard and submission techniques but once to get to Brown belt and above you better have a great leg attack game or you will be done. Systematically Attacking The Guard by Gordon Ryan
Bought this Instrctional about a year ago to get a good grip on guard passing, but was overwhelmed by the sheer volume of it. Now that I took the time to really study Gordons Passing my success with passing increased dramatically and it flows perfectly into the Techniques from his other Instructionals (Turtle and Back Attacks) to get to a controlling Postion and finish from there. And while I looked into other Instructionals on Guard Passing, this one definetly gave me the greatest benefit and so many insights on the Sport of Jiu Jitsu in general.
