Such A Great Training Method
New Wave Jiu Jitsu Bundle by John Danaher
I got injured and bought this to stay motivated and learn how to protect my body better. I'm glad I got it. It's really helped me focus on my game, even when I can't be on the mat. He is so good at teaching. The level of excellence is top notch and I feel it's an honor to be able to learn from him. There is something that you get from seeing the whole method laid out in front of you in video that you don't get in a class where you only get a few hours of lesson at a time. In class you just don't get the time to sit and listen to this kind of wisdom on how to approach things to be great. This compliments live training very well. In a few weeks I'll be healed and I'm starting to feel like a pheonix.
Awesome

EXCELLENT MATERIAL!!!
Jiu Jitsu For a Lifetime by Nicolas Gregoriades
I just got injured and bumming out on not being able to train for 3 weeks now, I decided to take a chance on this instructional. I am very glad I did! All of these foundational methods he teaches in here are each something that I know will help prevent me from getting injured again and make me better than ever. I also was poo-pooing all of this before but sometimes i gotta learn the hard way. This is EXCELLENT material!!! Oh but wait. There is also a bunch of fundamental gold in here I was somehow overlooking in my last 8 years of training. I guess it wasn't so obvious, until he points this stuff out. Then it became a forehead smacking moment. Many of those. My forehead is really red
