It's the choi bar
The Arm Saddle System by Danny Maira and Nick Salles
From the description of this wasnt clear that by arm saddle they mean choi bar, I could see in the video it involved the choi bar, but the arm saddle is literally the position for the choi bar; however with that said like most of their instructionals it is very well taught, innovated and problem-solved.
Good, especially for the time
Transition Mastery by Bernardo Faria
This was one of the first instructionals showing a full gameplan rather than just a bunch of techniques, its the systematic approach. There could be more specific details, ie: responses to common defenses, as this is the main thing that can make transitions difficult. There's nothing wrong with it, theres just better options in 2025, even from Faria himself. Its best for beginners in my opinion.

Nathan Corbin's Golden Elbow Striking Series.
The Golden Elbow Striking Series by Nathan Corbett
Nathan Corbin's elbow strike videos are excellent. He has incredible kicking and boxing skills, as a muay thai rules former multi-times champion, and his elbow striking video is both practical and potentially devastating. As a kickboxer and boxer myself, I have learned very useful information watching Corbin's videos AND going back and watching many of his fights, where he unleashes his frightening and devastating elbow techniques on his opponents who are simply overwhelmed and unprepared for his lethal elbow strikes. If you want to improve your striking skills, buy Corbin's excellent videos and practice what he teaches, and you will be a more formidable fighter.
Another 5 Star Instructional
Systematically Attacking The Arm Bar by Gordon Ryan
This video has the best explanations of breaking grips and finishing. As Gordon says it doesn’t focus on entries and there is no Choi Bar section. It really upped my game on separating the hands and finishing.
