This video series is perfect not just for an older person, but any age practitioner. I am older, but still rolling with younger players. I feel like this helped me to not rely on strength as much and focus more on the techniques.

Float pressure!
Float Passing System by Vagner Rocha BJJ
Just a ton of awesome content. I’ve used this to expand my passing options and have come back to the video over and over as a reference. I feel bad for the training partner in the video. Lots of pressure, making for effective passing. Highly recommend!

Old school>New school
Old School Efficient BJJ by Chris Haueter
Old school understanding transcends any "new" concept and Chris Haueter definitely knows how to get that point across! Understanding fundamentals at the level he does really will change the way you roll. I've had the pleasure of feeling some of these details from him in person via a seminar and they were insanely efficient. (which I highly recommend checking out one of his seminars if you ever are able to go to one! His wife Melissa is usually with him and is also amazing and has great details especially for any ladies that train) This instructional is an absolute gem and completely worth every penny, don't hesitate on adding some of these details to your own game.

Breathe to Win by Glyn Powditch
As a black belt with lots experience in Jui Jitsu, I'm always looking for ways to gain a competitive edge. "Breathe to Win" by Glyn Powditch is an exceptional instructional program that has exceeded my expectations. The breathwork techniques taught in this program are clear, concise, and seamlessly integrated into physical practice. I've purchased numerous instructional programs in the past, but the clarity and focus on practical application in "Breathe to Win" set it apart. I appreciate how the program emphasizes the importance of breath control in Jui Jitsu, allowing practitioners to optimize their performance and reduce stress. Overall, I highly recommend "Breathe to Win" to Jui Jitsu practitioners of all levels. Whether you're a seasoned competitor an instructo or beginner , this program offers valuable insights and practical tools to improve your game.

Self Mastery: Solo BJJ Training Drills by John Danaher
I am a Jiujitsu white belt with a pretty solid wrestling background. So as far as movement and understanding positioning I already have that down. What I believe this helped out with most is learning to understand how to effectively fight from my back. As a wrestler we typically stay off our backs by any means necessary. In Jiujitsu it is the opposite. So having ways I could get more comfortable on my back while also having an understanding as to how and why certain movement patterns from my back were important and useful when actually facing an opponent. Though this is solo drills, him bringing in a partner to show the carry over to real situations was a great addition to the lessons. This also gives you a way to structure these drills in which you can make them into a daily workout which is exactly what I needed for in between training days in the gym. Great instructional overall for both beginners and intermediate practitioners.
