The amount of detail in osoto gari from an actual judo practitioner is insane. Ive done osoto gari as a white belt on, or what is a poor excuse for one until I got this instructional, it takes the technique from low percentage to dangerous.

This system changed the game forever! Prof Danaher covers all leg lock related skills, straight Ashi, cross Ashi, and reverse Ashi positions, inside and outside heel hook, toe hold, and knee bar. I wish he also covered the straight ankle, but this is still a must have. Excellent content, 10/10 recommend.

It's Danaher, so of course this is excellent, systematic, and almost comprehensive. But when combined with the other Ageless Jiu Jitsu instructionals (esp Gi Top Game), it gives you enough material to start to put together a basic game plan and highlights what will be the highest percentage moves to master when older or less athletic.

Holanda walks through how to maintain and finish the kimura once you have the initial grip: if your partner tries to hide their arm, counter, pass the half-guard and counter with an arm bar, etc., Holanda shows how to keep hunting for the finish. Also a good model for older grapplers.

Lots of new fun techniques that are broken down in crazy tiny details, so i think you'll get something new everytime you watch it. I highly recommend this video to anyone who likes choking people!! Which is my BJJ passion :D Especially if you're more into No Gi, having said this, all of these chokes can be adapted to the Gi very easily too!! :)
