The Dima era is now
The 6 Most Essential Skills: Connection Top by Dima Murovanni
Dima is one of the only full-time grappling coaches in the sport. There are less than a dozen such people. This instructional is an advanced players tool kit. Unlike most instructional videos that only teach technique, Dima also explains how to structure practices for your students for both learning and performance oriented training (which are very different). In the future I hope he releases more content about training structure as this is the biggest hole in the grappling knowledge base right now. All these techniques are extremely high level and acquired through time in the necessary positions. This instructional alone is about a month of work in the training room. Its a great series. I think it is for advanced players but if you compete a lot you could pull it off earlier.

Deep Half Guard is for everyone
Deep Half Guard Domination by Tom DeBlass
The deep half guard system is a system that not only benefits, the ultra heavy weight, but will also benefit even the lightest of grapplers. this system has so many reversals, sweeps, traps, and submissions that the scores should be taught on a long form for any instructors.

Covers Everything
Jiu Jitsu for Old Guys: Over / Under Pressure Passing System by Bernardo Faria
I really enjoyed this instructional about the Over/Under. It goes into detail without being overwhelming. Information overload is where some of the encyclopedia types of instructional fail (at least for me). One defense, which is not covered here, happens to me. However, I think the answer is given without being explicitly stated. I'll watch Bernardo's other two instructional videos to see if he mentions it. I also would have liked to hear him talk about head and shoulder position with the Over/Under. I'm sure he covers it somewhere, whether it is his YouTube channel or the other instructions.
