Great conceptual instructional
Habits For Highly Effective Jiu-Jitsu by Garry Tonon
IMO this is probably the best concept-based instructional out there. A lot of the concepts demonstrated are high-percentage, unlike those presented in a lot of other instructionals. Specifically, Garry has managed to demonstrate a specific concept with *multiple* techniques. Whereas other instructionals only tend to present one technique for the concept.
