Great fundamentals!
Championship Catch Wrestling: Bottom Defense & Counter Offense by Josh Barnett
This is exactly the approach that I was looking for and it really resonated with me. I love catch wrestling and have really enjoyed Josh’s method. I love pretty much all of his material. I’m pretty comfortable working from the bottom, but I prefer the catch wrestling defensive position of dominance and aggression. Josh does an excellent job of keeping things straightforward and it’s easy to grasp. I will be implementing all these things into my training for sure. Thanks for the recommendation!

Engaging Without Regrets by Jozef Chen
awesome
Efficient
No Gi Sneaky Submissions by Kaelum Kalista
I enjoyed the content. I've been analyzing Gi and No-Gi videos to expand my knowledge even further. There is always more to learn from the Art, and I did feel this content would benefit White through Purple belts the best. I could not pin-point specifics that I have not seen, but slight variations that can help such as the Kalista Lock. That for myself was refreshing, and nothing beats free.
