Finding The Darce Choke Everywhere by Joel Bouhey
I have been trying to use darce for the last month or so of classes. A purple belt let me work it out once he saw what I was going for and everything I was doing was pretty much how it was supposed to be done. The video is great. Ive been working on it a couple of weeks, and almost got it a couple times in a roll. I’m gonna keep rewatching it and looking for all the opportunities the video has taught me to look for!

The Goose That Laid the Golden Egg
The Way of The Goose by Neil Melanson
Coach Neil's "goose" modification to your chokes will add stank and brutality to your techniques. As always, Melanson deep-dives into a lot of things you think you know, like the arm-in guillotine, and provides us with a ton of breakdowns and details to tighten up your subs. As with any Melanson instructional, his insights and experience are worth their weight in gold.
