Amazing for kids
Never Get Submitted Again by Noel Danforth
I know this isn’t aimed at kids but 7 year old white belt went from getting submitted every class to almost never getting submitted after watching and drilling Noel Danforth’s instructional. Minimal talking without movement in the video makes it engaging enough to keep kids attention long enough to learn an escape. Knowing the escapes also gave the security to go for attacks during rolls really opening up learning during rolls.
