The Fastest Way: To Increase Your Submission Percentage (No Gi) by John Danaher
I love the concept of the Fastest Way series. Most Danaher instructionals are extremely dense- while having all this info is great, it's easy to get lost in the details. In this series, Danaher picks out what he believes to be the highest-percentage way to improve on the topic and just does a deep dive on that. For submissions, it's obviously the RNC, and this instructional is all you need to build a lethal RNC game: taking the back, maintaining back control, and then finishing. Highly recommend.
