There are so many different techniques and instructors are great honestly this has taken my grappling to a whole new level. Well what can I say this tutorial is great! I think this is an amazing tutorial for white belts and young blue belts. The instructor does a great job of explaining and beating the details into your head with every time he demonstrates and points out the little details you might be missing. The instructor speaks Portuguese but the subtitles are great and really help you understand the moves. A definite must if you really want to understand the subtleties of submissions.
