Magic Guard Passing by Travis Stevens
This instructional is mostly involved with concepts, but very important ones. If you are at a crossroads in your training and seem to be in a situation where you are lacking improvement, this may help you get back on track. I found it quite helpful.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:This is the butterfly guard instructional to buy
The Modern Butterfly Guard No Gi by Jon Satava
This is my go-to Butterfly Guard instructional. It's to the point, not much fluff, can re-watch the techniques I am trying to master. Expertly taught by Jon Satava. It's really probably the only one you will need on this topic.

Standing2Ground: Upper Body Takedowns by John Danaher
If you are a jiu-jitsu practitioner and want to improve your stand up game you can cross-train in wrestling but the responsibility to **** out unnecessary techniques is on you. What scores in wrestling does not always score under ADCC rule set. You have to be mindfull of back exposure, guillotines etc. Or instead, you can follow John Danaher to learn stand up techniques that score in BJJ.

Foundational Jiu Jitsu: The X Guards by Aaron Benzrihem
I have his low knee shield and thought that was very well put together. He is an easy guy to learn from, great at communicating information. So when I was looking for an X-Guard instructional - he was an obvious choice! An the instructional does not disappoint. You will learn a lot, but it is broken down into small enough pieces to absorb. I highly recommend this.

Judo @ Home Workouts by Travis Stevens
Been meaning to review this one for a while. I am a big Travis Stevens fan, having many of his instructionals. I was skeptical about a free instructional for techniques to do at home. But Strevens gives this topic his 100% same as his other ones I have seen, and I have tried these exercises and find them very good for strenghtening and flexibility too. I suggest people give this a try, you may be pleasantly surprised!!
