Luta Livre: Purple Belt Requirement by Nicolas Renier
I switched to Luta Livre some years ago and as someone getting ready for Purple belt, these vids are really helping a lot, and I've been hitting these moves in the gym right away. Nicolas Renier is an excellent teacher. Whether you're a Luta Livre student, BJJ, catch wrestler, sambist, etc , there's tons of good techniques and tips that can and will improve your game. You'll gain skills necessary for grappling and competition and ranking up your belt.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Simple, Effective, Methodical
Snapdown Cradles by Charlie Morris
Coach Morris really broke down some small but crucial aspects to not only the snap down but also wrestling philosophies I didn't expect. This video is a excellent system to lead a program of beginners with. I am changing my approach to coaching youth wrestling after this, and we already taught these moves. Its the "why" and its simple, head control opens all offense, but early success with this leads to confidence. confidence makes kids willing to try more and learn. They buy in, they commit, they see more results. it's the MF truth.

Single Leg Seat Belt Series and Mat Returns by Kyle Cerminara
By far one of the very best wrestling videos this site has to offer. I came in to get bodylock and tosses knowledge, came back multiple watches in a week taking notes. mat return philosophy of the "long arm short arm" has already helped my kids on mat returns.... and some picked up the spiral. He is attacking the way we see a ****** single and blowing open the doors of possibility. Love this, love how he teaches it. waiting for anything he puts out from this day forward. You can tell this is what he loved to run.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Great Info For aGreat Price

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:I am no longer a square
Don't Be A Square by Jeff Glover
This was a really good instructional, broken down simplistically. I really appreciate that Jeff recognizes that many people are limited by their flexibility and cannot move like he does. He does a good job of showing techniques that anyone can do while pointing out a few areas that might now work for some with limited flexibility. Overall, great info. I am now more confident shooting triangles.

Gangster Grappling by Chael Sonnen
Chael shows an array of techniques that can commonly be used but the best thing about the whole instructional is his delivery. Chael clearly communicates to where I could watch with my eyes closed and know exactly what position he is in and the key points he teaches about it.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Must watch
Self Mastery: Solo BJJ Training Drills by John Danaher
The simple concept of proper shrimping is something that makes a huge difference, i see a lot of people doing the "lazy shrimping" not because they are lazy but just because of the lack of deep understanding and that's only one technique, this instructional is great

Weight Distribution Masterclass by Professor Henry Akins
Great instruction! Concepts can been applied instantly with almost immediate results and improvements to your game. My only knock to the dvd may be the stories are little winded but over the entire instructional is great. Still 5 star. If you want pressure in your game. This is it

Middle Aged BJJ 2: No Gi by Tom DeBlass
I knew Tom DeBlass was a top competitor who’s gone on to train many of today’s top competitors, and I’m kicking myself in the *** for waiting so long to grab one of his instructionals! Tom is an awesome teacher who breaks things down in an easy-to-understand, no-nonsense way! Since I grabbed Middle Aged BJJ 2, I’ve purchased his instructional on Guard Retention and Framing and it’s just as awesome—I intend to get more!

The Total Technical Guide To Underhook Offense by Kyle Cerminara
My team runs an underhook system, this was supposed to be a tune up video... why am I taking notes, why am I just listening to it while I drive? He teaches moves but more so teaches philosophy of why the underhook can be your gateway to tons of moves. And it's things all grapplers can learn, kids and adults. I purchased it because I loved his ****** single video. He did it twice, blew my mind and I am waiting for him to do the hat trick. Whatever is next, I am here for. Like Leo said in Django "Before you had my attention l, but now you have my interest."

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Now a Pro at taking Ashi for a ride in my Initial Suzuki
Systematically Attacking From Open Guard Seated Position by Gordon Ryan
In all seriousness this was a great instructional for anyone that is looking to improve their seated open/butterfly guard. Lots of great Ashi entrances with great details and sequences to train. This entire DVD is well planned and categorized so you can easily find sections rather than skimming through all 8 parts. Very easy to watch from beginning to end. The rolling footage was extremely beneficial to watch as it really engraves the techniques in which Gordon is teaching and shows them in use "live". He also does a follow up where he walks you through all the live rolling footage which was also extremely beneficial. The shoulder crunch sweep that Gordon pulled off at the highest levels (ie. Buchecha ADCC 2019) really does work at the highest levels and catches so many off guard. Even when they expect it, Gordon goes into details on creating constant Kuzushi's, which will force your opponent into bad spots where you will capitalize.
