Was an early adopter of Pritt’s ideas and I can say that after years of thinking with this posture first mentality, it is very easy to troubleshoot my game. Take these concepts and apply them to other positions, you won’t be disappointed.

Finish on the Back by Ethan Crelinsten
This instructional is a great explanation of the current back attack META. His theories on back attacks are unique and I feel like this instructional would benefit anybody.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Middle-aged doesn't mean retired (lol)
Middle Aged BJJ by Tom DeBlass
Found this after finally realizing that, as a 52-year old newer player, I need a game-plan that reflects my physical reality. Tom breaks things down in terms of survival periods between offense that make sense and that utilize the older grappler's advantages in areas like static strength. It's probably the first video I've watched from start to finish, without skipping some sections because I couldn't follow or didn't feel confident I could put into practice. Excellent material for the older guys like me!
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Great video
Defensive Tactics In The guard by Neil Melanson
Very good instructional. Neil mentions that his approach is to show the why and not just the how, this is very evident in this series. Neil lays out the core concepts of dominating inside the guard as well as a simple step by step system to break down what to do next when in the guard, I very much recommend this video.

Pin Escapes & Turtle Escapes: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher
I just started watching this and man I love the teaching styles. You are laid out not just techniques but things that will sit in your brain and remember what kind of escape to do. Sometimes the more moves you learn you don't know what to do but this is a system approach of what escape y ou have to launch.
