It’s rare these days to find a guard or skillset your opponent hasn’t seen before, like the Emu Guard. The Emu Guard works in mma (upkick city), nogi and gi. It also blends seamlessly with other open guards like K Guard, Dela Riva etc. Ben’s instructions are concise, but contain the fundamental details needed to execute a technique live. Overall, this set is a bit of a hidden gem and worth checking out, especially if you’re a fan of ‘universal jiu jitsu’

The Roger Gracie Turtle Attack System by Roger Gracie
Roger Gracie is amazing and simple at the same time. I love that he teaches the technique once and you can rewatch if needed but he moves on. Making his videos 3-4 hrs instead of repeating the same thing for 8-12 hours!
