Combination BJJ Takedowns by Luke Harris
Luke Harris has some of the best Judo in the IBJJF and it has led him to be one of the top Masters competitors for years now. Harris has figured out the formula to using the best parts of Judo to develop an effective and balanced game for BJJ. With this system you'll start your matches up by two and landing in a position to immediately chase the finish. Lex Fridman and Ryan Hall speculate that the next evolution in BJJ will be the ability to transition straight to a submission from the takedown and these instrutional videos by Harris will give you the tools to be ahead of the game.

Triangles Enter The System by John Danaher
I thought if someone was a certain size a triangle won't work with my leg length. not only can it work, but through John's instructional I found a new way to execute them regardless of the person's size and it's way more effective.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:call_me_hand::skin-tone-2::hugging:Excellent Instruction
The Panda Guard by Nikki Sullivan
Nikki does an excellent job of breaking down all of the entries, attacks, sweeps, and transitions from her well tested Panda Guard. I bought this instructional after seeing her successfully use this guard in competition after competition. Her coaching is clear and approachable; I felt like I could incorporate this guard into my game right away. She also does a great job of explaining common mistakes in different positions, so you can troubleshoot what's not working. I absolutely recommend purchasing Panda Guard.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Helpful for nogi
Gangster Grappling by Chael Sonnen
Gangster Grappling has some real NOGI jewels. I received plenty of value out of the standing work. Short easily digestible segments and Chael Sonnen’s relaxed friendly teaching style make Gangster Grappling a great addition to the video library.

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Perfect for the experienced practitioner that is new to leg locks
Leglocks Unlocked by Tum Energia
Leglocks were never given much attention at the clubs that I have trained. This instructional beautifully revealed the mysteries of the other 50% of the human body. The leg entanglement positions and their entries are clearly and systematically explained. I finally understand how my opponents have been attacking my heels and what I need to defend as well as how to incorporate leg lock attacks into my own game.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:great for beginners, perhaps not for competitors
No Gi Takedown Fundamentals by Andre Galvao
I thought i was buying the other takedown instructional, but i really really ended up liking this one. i began to teach to kids lately, and there are materials here that i can translate to kids class, such as stances, steps, some drills. these parts however would be un interesting to the advanced BJJ players. it's cool that Galvao puts so much emphasis on the self defence aspect also... now that i think of it, my instructors barely taught me self defence stuff. i mostly saw them in books back in the day! so props to Galvao for choosing to show old school self defence stuff.

Kettlebell StrongFirst by Pavel Tsatsouline
This stuff really works. "It does exactly what it says on the tin" as the advert goes. I've been training StrongFirst's Simple & Sinister for last couple of years and am definitely stronger and quicker to recover. These videos have added depth to my understanding and given me confidence to push for further development. The variety of programme options gives variety and opportunity to cycle for those who may not click with the honourable simplicity of S&S.

The No Gi Deep Half Guard 2.0 by Jeff Glover
Deep half has been a place I've easily gotten to when almost having my half guard passed. I've had a little success, but not really had a go to plan when I'm there. Jeff makes the plan simple, but incredibly effective. I knew Jeff was my go to for deep half guard after watching him sweep a guy who weighed like 400 pounds from deep half in competition. Some instructionals throw so many techniques at you that it's hard to pick a few to work on. Instead of a multitude of options the focus is cut down to a few that he goes in more depth explaining, and I found that tremendously helpful.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Lucas first no-gi is must

Guillotine Traps by Firas Zahabi
Firas is direct and his inclusion of solo drillla to drive the movements home is great. Not to mention, absolutely no fluff or long drawn out explanations. Hot the switcheroo the forst time I attempted it
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Excellent videos and programming for busy people who cannot afford exhausting training
Kettlebell StrongFirst by Pavel Tsatsouline
If you are totally new to kettlebells, those videos are simply top quality, with a very structured approach and a complete package : breathing, mobility drills, progression to learn safely and effectively the needed exercises. If you are not (like me, as an instructor who has participated in many certifications), it is still full of many important details. The breathing part might be the piece you were missing to fully develop powerful swings, over and over again in a single session. Or the way to integrate the right mobility drill at the right moment. Some people have asked if it was only for BJJ practitionners. Well, for sure, it is excellent for BJJ, as it will make you stronger, more powerful and endurant WHILE NOT stealing time and energy from the mat. But the programming is also excellent for anyone who has a busy life and for whom recovery is a concern. At 45, I am still young, but I need to pay more attention to recovery. These programs are simply perfect for me, as it will allow me to continue to train, get stronger, without being overly time-consuming and while leaving me plenty of energy for my life. Yep, I wrote programS, plural, because it is a full package, from beginner to advanced. I know that my training is taken care of for the next 6 months !

Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::call_me_hand::skin-tone-2:Really Recommend Phil Daru
Fantastic! Excellent and informative. I follow Phil Daru on his YouTube channel. But I decided to buy this instructional because it consolidates the workouts necessary for grappling thus saving me time; likewise, he gives a particular explanation as to why these exercises are beneficial for certain aspects of the sport.
