The missing link
The Ultimate Takedown Series Volume 1: Gripping & Kuzushi by Travis Stevens
This video is the missing link across takedowns/throws of all styles. Too often the form of a throw is all that is shown, but Stevens breaks down all the little moves necessary to break balance. One of the best videos I have watched. I plan to rewatch it several times.

Next Generation Closed Guard by Mica Galvao
This course exceeded my expectations. The instruction is clear, structured, and very practical. The techniques are broken down step by step, which makes learning and applying them much easier. The focus on details, positioning, and pressure really makes a difference in performance. I’ve seen noticeable improvements in my game since starting this course. Highly recommended for anyone serious about Jiu-Jitsu.

useful material
The Fastest Way: To Increase Your Submission Percentage (No Gi) by John Danaher
useful material as time goes by
Great Instructional
Forging The Guard: De La Riva by Giancarlo Bodoni
I am a big fan of Danaher and Giles. Giles obviously uses more DLR, while DDS/New Wave/Kings Way uses inside position. With that said, I felt there was a missing link between these two schools of thought in regards to no gi DLR. I have Gordon Ryan's Guard Bundle and Jason Rau's bundle as well (these also are excellent). I think this instructional is a great complement to the the Australian / Giles no gi DLR instructional. Similar to Lucas Kenard's starting Outside Finishing inside, Giancarol's instrucational here fills that much needed gap from the Giles instructional. Well I shouldn't say gap, but I'm too old to invert a lot and finding ways to go inside is a great way to play no gi DLR.
Keeping it fun
