More than just stretching-real coaching
Flexible at 50 or Any Age by Josh Stockman
I really enjoyed the format of this stretching instructional. Starting with a warm-up is perfect because I could stop there if I needed to, or keep going if I felt good. I love how it flows naturally into the next section without needing to pause or press a button. That’s what great coaching looks like—guiding you to push past what you thought you could do, while still being there when you need encouragement. You can tell Josh has decades of experience. He explains the techniques clearly and cues you on what to focus on without over-explaining while you’re in the middle of the struggle. I reached out to him with a couple of questions and he got back to me right away, which is rare and speaks volumes. That kind of accessibility is one of the best things about the Jiu-Jitsu community. My wife and I also really appreciated how, during the warm-up, he pointed out that simply holding the stance is already warming up your legs. It sounds so simple, but it honestly blew our minds with how effective it was.

Fantastic Instructional
The Fastest Way: To Increase Your Submission Percentage (No Gi) by John Danaher
This is my first instructional from Danaher and I am super impressed with his teaching. I love that Danaher talks about crucial concepts to prove why we should be prioritizing taking our opponent's back first before other attacks. I'm still early in practicing but this instructional has helped my back offense significantly and as a 5ft 4in 130lb guy, I really needed this to better challenge the bigger guys at my gym.
