They’re clearly organized by spider guard and lasso guard, each broken down into kneeling and standing positions, which makes everything easy to follow. While many of the movements overlap, they’re the most effective ones for a reason. The instructor put a good level of detail to the same movements, which helped me understand them more deeply. On top of that, the bonus materials are genuinely useful and add a lot of extra value.
