Connecting the dots
Single Leg X Reimagined by Adam Wardzinski
This is my first instructional by Adam and it has helped to connect so many dots in my lack of understanding when it comes to single leg x. How well I will implement these things during rolls is to be determined but conceptually the guard makes a lot more sense now. Single leg x is fairly new to me but I enjoy playing a lot of butterfly and deep half so I will definitely be purchasing the butterfly guard set as well to help improve my knowledge.
