and Wrestle-ups
Art of Dilemmas: Ankle Picks and LegLocks by Nick Ronan
Ronan has put together a really nice starter kit for a wrestle-up, sweep or leg attack game based on ankle picks from seated open guard. I was able to immediately begin using and teaching from the material. It would have helped to have used a higher level uke with more realistic defensive reactions - it was distracting but not by any means a dealbreaker. Very good value for the money.
