I was honestly surprised by how good this key lock entry is. The details and setups opened my eyes to so many possibilities I hadn’t considered before. please don't speak fast
Invisible Triangle concepts by Braulio Estima
Braulio Estima is a hero to me. I love his inverted triangle. I love his pretzel pass. He is a great teacher. But it almost seems like he is afraid to be himself in this video, sometimes it seems like he is speaking fast to get past the fact that he has an accent. It really backfires because it becomes hard to understand him. I still got some good ideas the first time I watched his instructional, like the head of the snake. He didn't give up all his secrets here, he gave a few of them. There are some of his setups I've seen on youtube that are not here. This man could sell a LOT of instructionals, he has an awesome unique game. The pretzel pass is perfect for me when I do the stack pass against someone really flexible. Telles has an accent too but his videos are very friendly and conversational and engaging. Anyway this instructional is good but I wish Estima wouldn't speak so fast. Doesn't matter if you have an accent, doesn't matter if your gi is perfect. We want to understand you and we want all your ideas that will help us please.

Movement Is Medicine - Mobility Training by Jared Welman
*"Movement Is Medicine" by Jared Welman is exactly what I didn’t know I was missing in my training. As a brown belt pushing hard on the mats, mobility is the key to both performance and injury prevention — and this course nails it. Jared’s approach is clear, practical, and deeply grounded in movement intelligence. I’ve already integrated several flows into my warm-up and recovery routines, and I’m noticing increased range of motion and better posture even outside the gym. Highly recommended for anyone serious about staying healthy and mobile as they advance in BJJ.* 🔥 Oss!
