Leg Attack Mechanics by Braumon Creighton
Almost every Jiu-Jitsu person struggles with learning wrestling *********** shots because most of the Jiu-Jitsu they've learned is made up of moving around a person and controlling them with static holds vs driving through a person with dynamic force (literally pushing them off their feet while holding on to them). Braumon does a great job of teaching you from step one like you're a new wrestler so you can break that mentality and start building the right mindset for how to make this work for you.
