GFF is an accurate title
Pin Escapes & Turtle Escapes: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher
A great supplement to training. The title, GFF, is accurate. In a matter of minutes you can expose yourself to several concepts that you can apply immediately in training. I think a main issue for me has been remembering the myriad positions and actions I can take. Watching Danaher allows me to jog my memory of techniques I have learned already, but now with additional insights and keys to the move. He explains and demonstrates everything thoroughly and with precision. Excellent videos.
