Phenomenal Training Plan
Brett is the man when it comes to a great deal about the strength game. I am a former StrongFirst Kettlebell Instructor, and this immediately struck a chord with me. Brett has done it and seen it all in the strength game. For BJJ, I personally think this type of training, along with Pavel's Simple and Sinister is an ideal way to train for the mats, without burning out. Especially for those of us we a few lile on us. Highly recommended.
