Maybe so. Adam shares the positions, sweeps, attacks, counters and transitions that are the foundation of his guard based style. He connects everything together as a cohesive whole while highlighting details of posture, connection, and movement. Most importantly, he describes when to use each technique. My guard has already improved and I'm excited to keep practicing.
