A magician's secret
Expanding The Z-Grip Guard by Waldo Zapata
Waldo is genuinely a wizard giving more than gamechanging technique, but some concepts and principles that will effectively bolster and boost your game. For example I've always steuggled to attack from closed guard but using his techniques that night finished several rounds from the position. Genuinely an amazing instructional!

Get Off My Legs ****** by Craig jones
Get Off My Legs Gringo by Craig Jones
The more you watch the more yu understand both defensive and offensive objectives. Modern Jiu-Jitsu requires a functional understand of both.
I wish there were more of these.
First Principles Submissions Defense Volume 1: Arm Locks by Stephen Whittier
I have all of Whittiers first principle instructionals and every one is a gem. It may not be sexy but you get the most improvement and increase in enjoyment from developing defense. These have made Jiu-Jitsu way more enjoyable and now I’m much more relaxed as the game has slowed down.
Completely Different Way of Looking at Guard
New Wave Jiu Jitsu: Closed Guard - Building a Complete Closed Guard System by John Danaher
I've seen some of these moves from very "old school" instructors, but was missing a lot of the details to pull them off. Excellent instructional
Excellent
Master The Move: The Straight Arm Bar Ude Gatame - The Fastest Arm Lock by John Danaher
With the way that overwrap arm bars are becoming so popular, his instructions on ude Gatame and Te Gatame are very timely.
Useful right away
Pin Escapes & Turtle Escapes: BJJ Fundamentals - Go Further Faster by John Danaher
Filled in gaps in my knowledge with details I had never been shown after years on the mats. I always assumed elbow escapes were for smaller, flexible people and taller guys went for other escapes because we just couldn't fit our knee inside. Totally changed my mind. Excellent instructional
Plugged holes in my game
New Wave Jiu Jitsu: Mounted Pin Attacks - The 4x4 Mount System by John Danaher
Some of this was entirely new stuff I'd never seen before, but some of it filled in the details I was missing in order to successfully execute moves I "knew" but had never been able to make work. His explanation of the ratchet method alone was worth the purchase price of the video. Instant game changer
Great Bargain
Self Mastery: Solo BJJ Training Drills by John Danaher
I debated how many stars to give this. On one hand, it won't blow your mind like his other videos. On the other hand... his other instructionals cost $200 and this is free. It is very helpful - I found that the drills I struggle with lined up eerily well with the places where my game falls apart. And without "knowing" any more jiu jitsu, the more I worked on them, the more things got easier
Brings concepts together
Ageless Jiu Jitsu: Winning When You're Older or Less Athletic - Top Game No Gi by John Danaher
Excellent material. Some of it is also covered in his other videos, but he brings it together in a way that is easy to put to immediate use. I saw an improvement in my game right away
Highly recommend
The Mirroring Principle: Head Control Based Offense and Defense by Wim Deputter
Really great insights that will improve many aspects of your game. Difficult to describe but there are concepts here that can be applied in a myriad of situations with great effect.

It's a Rare Gem
Kimura Hunting by Kazushi Sakuraba

Precision Side Control and Knee on Belly Escapes by Lucas Lepri
Good instructional - would have liked to see more tips on how to alleviate pressure and the use of wedge and frames
The last 3 exercises make this DVD
10 Top Dumbbell Movements by Jason Khalipa
I was kind of bored for the first few minutes, but the last 3 Exercises are so good this instantly became a 5 star rating. I recommend just doing the burpees if you only want to try one of these! The bench press instructions are perfect and snatches are the only thing I see translate to BJJ directly.
Kimura Hunt!
Kimura Hunting by Kazushi Sakuraba
Excellent instructional, would have been better to have the automatic translation to English or subtitles
Leglocks down under
Down Under Leg Attacks by Craig Jones
Good
I personally dont like Yoga, but the active exercises are great!
10 for 10 Yoga by Sebastian Brosche
Some of these exercises are super great. I really enjoyed going through and taking out the ones I like and adding them to my training plans. In general the hip movements are the best. On breathing and standing posture I would disagree a bit, but those are things you can never make a mistake by giving them attention.
Warm ups are the most important to progress
Judo @ Home Workouts by Travis Stevens
The BJJ moves are so complex you need to do warm ups to be able to perform them correctly. I had the most improvements in jiu jitsu from doing the basic drills 100%. No technique can beat connecting to your own body!
Mount
The Roger Gracie Mount System by Roger Gracie

Great for mma
I mostly learn BJJ for MMA and self defense, so this style of bottom game is great for developing skills that would be useful in those scenarios but still allow me to have a complete no gi grappling style.
