I was very happy with the information given during this instructional! Jeff is a natural instructor and a real pleasure to learn from!
Amazing content! A basic move that becomes advanced with some important details
Gift Wrap Top Control and Attacks by Justin Rios
A basic move that becomes advanced with some important details. The content of the video is great. Also he shows the moves repeatedly from all angles which makes it great for learning but can be a little boring to watch. The twisting arm control (gift wrap) is really a micro-position that needs to be studied in depth. Thanks for this. Definitely 5 stars!

Leg Lock Anthology: 50/50 by Lachlan Giles
Lachlan is always very thorough in his instructionals. I have quite a few of them and I think this one is my favorite. I bought this on sale but even at full price it’s a great value. I think this and John Danaher's leg lock video are the best introductions for people who want a good foundation but room to grow as they get better.

Its Good
Master The Move: The Ankle Lock by John Danaher
Highly Technical I had to watch it several times (but it's a video so you can do that, no big deal) Very practical. Not only does this allow me to do leg locks but it allows me to do heel hooks better because they pair well together. After watching it all the way through, I keep going back through it to understand it even more which is a good sign because I seems worthy of mastering, not just a one time, "that was fun" video.

Solid Course
I really enjoyed this course and got the knowledge I was looking for out of it. The instructor is straight to the point. I am not an experienced wrestler, so this helped me not only with what the instructor calls a Cobra Choke (cow catcher in werestling terms i believe), but also in wrestling counters/front headlocks. There's not really any wasted time, the instructor keeps it moving with the necessary information, and shows different angles. The instructor also shows how to set up other submissions from this position. I learned a lot, and it gave me some stuff to think about, which is why I give it five stars.
