Ageless Jiu Jitsu: Winning When You're Older Or Less Athletic - Top Game Gi by John Danaher
While this is targeted at older grapplers, I think it's more fitting to describe this as a solid game plan for grapplers who don't have a ton of time to train bjj, or develop physical attributes that make more dynamic bjj accessible. The other thing is that these positions are all relatively low maintenance positions, meaning that you could train a couple times a week and still stay sharp, or take months off and these would take relatively little time to clean up again.

Killer Leglocks From Side Control by Erik Paulson
I've been following Sensei Eric Paulson since the mid 1990's and still follow his instruction even today. He was considered the Houdini of Leg Locks back in the day. Although, I have really advanced my leg game with many of the 10th Planet teachings, I still fall back on Paulson's teachings to maintain my leg attack foundations. The techniques in this video may seem a little exotic, but with consistent practice and drilling you will be surprised at how often you can execute his techniques for the submission! Highly recommend this video as a must have for your video library!

This is not for the complete beginner, and for the hobbyist, this is realistically a multi year project, but this bundle contains everything you need to know to develop an impassible guard, and it includes some techniques to help you go on the attack out of your guard retention, but it is not an offence instructional
