Amazing and simple programme
I have been enjoying Strongfirst Kettlebell programming for a few years now and Brett's Iron Cardio is amazing. It is 'simple' but not 'easy'. I have been enjoying this programme now for the last two weeks and am feeling fantastic. Body and mind feels excellent and I do not suffer for any muscular soreness or fatigue. Brett clearly explains the programme in a very clear manner. This is a really amazing programme. I'm loving it!
