Great instructional . Everything is really well explained. Explanations are maybe a bit repetitive at times but the techniques are really good. He likes to keep things simple, and his techniques are simple, yet very effective. That's the way I like it too.

This instructional has helped improve my stand up for No Gi!!! I'm a Masters 4 athlete, so shooting in for double legs isn't an option I can use too often. This style of No Gi Judo helps fill in that gap in my game. I'm getting more takedowns and I have a lot more options when I compete at tournaments.

The EMU guard is the perfect DLR control. Its a cheat for real control, through the locked out knee, into the upper body. Its only weakness would be toe holds, but the control is so good that the position remains viable.
