Professor Adam Wardzinski teaches principles and concepts while introducing to techniques. He points out key details of techniques as well as concepts of mechanics and timing and strategies to safe energy and multiplying points and/or submit your opponent. His way of covering his opponent's forearm and ellbow with his own when sweeping made a big difference for me! Highly recommend!!

The Imanari Roll And Modern Leg Attacks From Japan by Masakazu Imanari
Sensei Masakazu Imanari provided an explicit contant about his signature move and and leg locks. His brwakdown of the roll is very systematic and easy to catch. So even a 40+ can get it done 😊 Furthermore his explanations of the techniques a reduced to the key points with analogies like 'grip like a rear ***** choke' so that makes it easy to understand although you need some basic knowledge for that. Recommend!

After watching this instructional through once, I was able to enter the cradle 4 times when rolling and even against 2 purple belts! I tried some attacks, but couldn't remember all the finishing mechanics, so I am now rewatching for the specific attacks I want to use, starting with the butcher shop and back take! Awesome instructional, can recommend using this underused position in your BJJ game!

World class instructional on buggy chokes. The quality is excellent and having the multiple camera angles is really useful. As for techniques, Paulo shows set up, entries and finishes from every position you can imagine, top, bottom, even the back! Highly recommend.
