Very nice instruccional really useful for active competitors, lot of details, good drills and ideas for your training. Tomer sets Up good passing sequences and combinations, very modern Mendes style passing concepts. I had the chance to see the israeli guys on the Europeans 2023 live and in AJP Barcelona and they sure are good.

Professor Zach Malachy provided a great series of setting up well known submissions in a different and highly efficient way. Either by refining the key details or by misguiding your opponent's expectations and take a different turn but keeping or even increasing your pressure/level of control. Youvget also great hacks for breaking grips and holds. He talks you through the techniques step by step from various angles and at the end of each sequence you get different angles in full speed. Highly recommend!!
