P.M. is always very conceptual in his instructionals. He is appling a turtle system based giving the turtle by not giving the turtle. He teaches the concept of beeing prepared and anticipating and transforming between sitting turtle, guard and turtle back and forward and using the created transitions efficiently.

I love the body lock pass and it is not my primary means of passing the guard. Lachlan Giles does a great job of breaking down the specific details that make it work. I have seen this taught before, but not with the level of detail included here. Great value.
