Discusses new positions and concepts including reverse Z guard and the false half guard. Power Bottom emphasizes wrestle ups, shoots, and turtle. Like most of Craig Jones instructions, you should check this one out. Craig has an entertaining teaching strategy which helps to stay tuned to this comprehensive instructional
