I accidently discovered loop chokes back in the early 90's during the "ground fighting" portion of an eclectic self-defense class. I wish instructional videos such as these were around back then.

At 56 this video is a great find. Do the flashy stuff as long can but keep the old man methods as your base. This is what a lot of should have learned back in the late 80's/early 90s while "ground fighting". All simple but effective.

Was a bit difficult to understand. The instructional didn't seem as organized as others I've seen. Bernardo was essentially interpreting every move and trying to break down each step. The moves themselves were really cool and I was even able to hit a few during rolls. As a detailed and organized instructional though, it falls a bit short.
