This instructional was really well done. John gets straight to the point and provides realistic "A" game material that you can immediately apply to your game - no long winded explanations or fluff. The techniques shown don't require lots of athleticism or flexibility. I'm an older grappler and had no issues implementing this series into my game. This series is well worth the money - a hidden BJJ Fanatics gem.
