Ageless BJJ: Bottom Game
Ageless Jiu Jitsu: Winning When You're Older or Less Athletic - Bottom Game by John Danaher
Extremely clear and concise communication. Very relevant to the game I used to play. It made my own game clearer to me mentally and helped me understand the relationship of one technique to another and when to use those techniques. It should be noted that I haven't trained since I was 52, my level has really deteriorated.
Worth It. Especially as an intro to standing.
