Flavio Canto was feared for this choke at the highest level of competition. He breaks it down from the basic components to numerous positional applications, and he gives you the tools to drill it and add to your game.

Great organization, outstanding content. This really is a complete system. Outstanding!
The Turtle Guard Revisited by Eduardo Telles
I do both judo and BJJ, and this applies so well to both. A failed hip throw or shoulder throw often leaves you in the turtle, and Eduardo's content helps turn this position into an offensive one.

Numerous great applications from almost every conceivable position. It's more of a broad overview than an in depth progression, but each variation is presented in enough detail to apply in training.

Great Instructional
The Deepest Half by Dallas Niles
Dallas Niles does a great job explaining each technique. I found it easy to implement into my rolls with some practice. The details on the leg clamp make a drastic difference in this position. Big bonus is that a lot of this is transferable to no-gi with minor tweaks. Even if you aren’t a deep half specialist, the escapes and positional recovery are great tools to the arsenal.

Total Striking Control
Total Striking Control by Alex "Po Atan" Pereira
This instructional is fantastic. These feel like the type of cool rare tips you get here and there over the years from trainers all around the country but all condensed into a brief instructional from legendary fighter. Nothing basic either. Straight from the start he gives you fantastic tips and techniques. And cover enough to implement at least something to every part of your striking. It is in Portuguese with English subtitles, but that gave me no problems and his instruction comes clearly and naturally in English as well.
