Amazing gameplan for old/unathlethic guys like me
Jiu Jitsu For Old Guys: Fundamental Game Plan by Bernardo Faria
Thank you so much Prof. Bernardo!! As always, you deliver!! This instructional was what I have been hoping for/dreaming of since my journey began almost 3 years ago. I always felt like I have random tools or moves that I'm good at that some are "more atlethic" and some that are "less athlethic" than others that I'm capable of and I'm unable to create a gameplan because it's not a complete screwdriver set but just a toolbox with random tools. this fundamental game plan for old guys exactly gives me the map layout i need to successfully go from 1A to 1B to 1C but if that don't work from 1C to 2A etc to continue the flow of roll rather than becoming stagnant and lost for what to do next.
Great material, great instruction
