Just like everyone has said, I’ve gained so much from these instructionals. There is a good deal of repetition to the material, but I think that might be what makes it great. Much of what is taught on the first 3 tapes is cemented by the next 3. And the end brings in new material, but holds many of the same principles. There is great clarifying detail to much of the small things that maybe a coach hasn’t taught me or that I just don’t understand well. The foot higher than the knee concept is going to sit with me until I leave the mats for the last time.
