Simple but not Easy.
Weight Distribution Masterclass by Professor Henry Akins
This is being lost on modern JJ because it's not flashy, and it's a process to learn how to adjust and shift your weight correctly. Compared to flashy berinbolos, it's not that fun; but if you've ever felt Henry's pressure, or watched him make BBs feel like white belts, you know this is where magic happens. This is a great overview with clear and concise info from Henry on this critical JJ skill. Def recommend.
Bjorn
Control The Chaos by Bjorn Friedrich

American Jiu-Jitsu Unleashed: Mount by Jake Shields
Jake shields is a great athlete and fighter but appears to not be a great teacher. This video series is not up to BJJFanatics standards and definitely not worth the money.

My 1st and fave instructional
High Percentage Chokes: No Gi by Lachlan Giles
I absolutely LOVE this instructional and have re-visited it over and over again throughout the years. Lachlan in an incredible instructor--his directions are clear and precise, and the dvd is organized in a way that makes sense 1) if you're viewing chronologically or 2) If you're skipping around. more importantly, his dvd has leveled up my front headlock game significantly. while he talks about individual chokes, which IS helpful, what's really helpful is how he explains the connections between chokes, showing so many possibilities. finally, my fave darce set up I learned from this video, and it works on anyone regardless of size! this is my fave instructional ever

I'm depth arm drag. Jeff Glover
In-Depth Arm Drags by Jeff Glover
I really like Jeff's teaching style. I enjoy how he encourages creativity and demonstrates a variety of options you can choose from, depending on what fits your style. I’m much more confident about giving up my back now, and I’ve been able to hit this move consistently, even on higher belts. Jeff’s right—training partners usually get a laugh out of it! Excellent instructional, well worth the money.
